The EIFG (Environmental Institute for Golf) (now called the GCSAA Foundation) is the philanthropic arm of the GCSAA Foundation, and it supports research, education, and advocacy efforts to promote sustainability and environmental stewardship in golf course management. The EIFG provides funding for initiatives related to water conservation, integrated pest management, and other sustainability practices. It also offers scholarships and grants to students and professionals in the industry who are committed to advancing environmentally responsible golf course management practices.
